The project aims to promote inclusive education by equipping teachers, school leaders, and specialists with innovative tools
and methodologies to support students with special educational needs (SEN). The objectives and results are directly linked
to the Erasmus+ priorities of Inclusion and Diversity, Well-being at School, and Supporting Teachers and School Leaders.
Project Objectives:
1. Enhance teacher competencies in inclusive teaching methodologies, digital tools, and adaptive learning strategies.
2. Promote student well-being by creating safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments that foster social-emotional
growth.
3. Support school leaders and educational staff in implementing sustainable, long-term inclusion policies.
4. Develop digital tools that facilitate inclusive learning and improve accessibility for students with disabilities.
5. Strengthen collaboration between teachers, parents, and communities to create a supportive educational network for
SEN students.
6. Raise awareness and engagement through the implementation of an Inclusive Calendar with school-wide activities
promoting diversity and acceptance.
Concrete Results:
1. Five international training mobilities for educators, social workers, and school leaders to exchange best practices and
gain hands-on experience in inclusive education.
2. An Inclusive Education Toolkit containing guidelines, teaching strategies, and digital resources to support SEN students.
3. Development of digital tools by the Union of Bulgarian Mathematicians to improve accessibility and digital literacy for both
educators and students.
4. Implementation of the Inclusive Calendar, ensuring schools participate in awareness activities, inclusive sports and arts
events, and parent engagement initiatives.
5. Creation of innovative learning environments, such as sensory rooms, quiet spaces, and interactive learning areas to
support student well-being.
6. A final international conference in Denmark to present project results and share best practices with a wider European
audience.
7. Sustainable impact through policy recommendations, training resources, and the integration of inclusive practices into
school curricula.
